Paul’s post-Acts Epistles and the Gospel of John are the Scriptures that contain God’s messages for us today.

These scriptures are written as though the Acts period never happened. They take us back to before the cross and reach forth with the simplicity of salvation and truth in John’s Gospel and the unfolding of the revelation of the mystery of the calling out of the Body of Christ. These scriptures stand alone in their present truth and doctrine.

All of the Bible is for our knowledge, but not all the Bible is to us in the present age. A major change in God’s plan happened at the end of The Acts. All of God’s dealings with His chosen nation Israel were postponed so that He could shed His blessings on all nations alike and call out His chosen Body of Christ. This change was kept secret in the Scriptures until it was revealed to the Apostle Paul after the end of The Acts. Paul was then given a second ministry during which he wrote the second set of seven epistles, which we call his post-Acts Epistles. John’s Gospel was written after the end of the Acts to become God’s salvation message to the unsaved world. Once someone is saved, Paul’s post-Acts gospel to the saved concerning the high calling of the Body of Christ is available for his/her acknowledgement.

This is the Biblical order of doctrine for today. The rest of the Bible concerns Israel’s past and Israel’s future. We should know it so that we understand we are not part of it.

For it is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, Who desires all men to be saved and to come unto the precise knowledge of the truth. (1 Tim 2:3-4)
